Ottawa-based Wesley Clover International led a seed funding round earlier this week, adding Victoria’s HYAS Infosec to its portfolio.
HYAS provides next-generation cloud-based cyber-threat intelligence and protection services for various markets and its customers include some of the world’s largest information security firms and Fortune 500 companies.
Wesley Clover has offices in Canada, the United States, Europe, the Middle East, Mexico and Southeast Asia. Its chair, Terry Matthews, has founded or funded more than 100 companies.
