Fresh off its purchase last month of a Quebec-based video technology firm, Ottawa’s ADGA Group says it’s further broadening its security offerings through an acquisition of a local company that specializes in intelligence and investigation services.
ADGA, a defence services, engineering and consulting firm, says it’s purchased Ottawa-based Presidia Security Consulting, a company with experience in executive protection, risk mitigation, emergency preparedness, training and security program management.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
