A longtime eastern Ontario radio executive is moving up the broadcasting ranks.
Torres Media Group has promoted Tim Wieczorek to executive vice-president of its radio operations, the organization said this week.
A 30-year veteran of the industry, Wieczorek most recently served as director of operations at Ottawa radio station Rebel 101.7. The Algonquin College advertising graduate has had stints in sales and senior management at various radio stations and other media organizations in Ottawa, Belleville, Cornwall and Kingston.
