Openjive, a local software development company that builds collaborative solutions for the Microsoft platform, has been acquired by TekSavvy, a southwestern Ontario-based Internet provider.
“We look forward to continuing to build great products, solutions and services for our customers,” Openjive founder and chief architect Greg Thomas said in a statement.
TekSavvy is based in Chatham but has an office in Gatineau. The company said in a release the Openjive acquistion will add to its bench strength in Gatineau, allowing it to begin offering software-as-a-service and professional systems integration services.
