Developer Codeau Building Ltd. is asking the city to change the zoning for a property on Rideau Street so it can build a 16-storey condominium tower.
The proposed development, at the corner of Rideau Street and Cobourg Street, would have 100 condo units.
It would also have several commercial units on the first two floors, with 600 square feet of office space, about 1,300 square feet of retail and around 1,500 square feet of restaurant space.
