OBJ is encouraging local employers to take part in this year’s Best Places to Work program, which recognizes employers in Ottawa that are making their workplaces great. It’s a joint project of the Ottawa Business Journal and the Ottawa Board of Trade, in partnership with Workforce Research Group.

Participating organizations must be publicly or privately held; for-profit, not-for-profit, or a government organization; have a physical operation in Ottawa; have at least 15 full- or part-time employees working in Ottawa; and have been in business for at least one year.
