A heating, ventilation and air conditioning company with locations in Orléans and Embrun has been sold to a southern Ontario firm.
St. Catharines-based Right Time Group of Companies said this week it has acquired Anchor Home Comfort. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded 35 years ago, Anchor provides HVAC services, water heaters and products such as humidifiers and filtration systems to customers in the National Capital Region and other parts of eastern Ontario. The deal is Right Time’s ninth acquisition.

Right Time CEO Craig Goettler praised Anchor co-owners Darren Parsons and Ken Turner for their business acumen.

Parsons said he and Turner are excited to be joining forces with Right Time, which now has 16 locations and more than 600 employees in Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta and British Columbia.
“They have a fantastic track record of integrating strong local HVAC businesses into their national brand, while maintaining exceptional customer service,” Parsons said in a statement.
