Ottawa Tourism’s manager of project services, Mary Sayewich, has been named as one of Destinations International’s 2021 30 Under 30 recipients.
Since joining Ottawa Tourism in early 2016, Sayewich has led a wide variety of high-impact projects, including leading the creation of a robust event services department to better serve the many multi-stakeholder events held every year in Canada’s capital.
More recently, Sayewich has shifted her focus from managing events and projects towards implementing project management best practices within Ottawa Tourism, building on her skills as a project management professional to create a more effective and agile work culture.
