BTB Real Estate Investment Trust announced Wednesday it has acquired industrial property by the Ottawa airport in a sell and leaseback deal worth $12.6 million.
The high-bay building located at 400 Hunt Club Road was built in 2005 with more than 116,000 square feet on six acres of land.
Commercial printers Lowe-Martin Group currently occupy the space.
