Minto asks for Stittsville zoning amendment

A developer is asking the city for permission to build a 454-unit residential subdivision on Hazeldean Road in Stittsville.

Minto Communities Inc. wants to build 234 townhouse units and 220 detached houses in two phases, which are to be completed by 2020.
