Golfers gathered in the heat at The Meadows Golf and Country Club on Aug. 6 for the 26th annual Mayor’s Charity Golf Classic, bringing together community leaders, businesses and supporters for an afternoon of golf and giving back.
Honorary host and Ottawa Mayor Mark Sutcliffe joined participants for the annual fundraiser in support of Youth Ottawa, which has brought the community together for more than 25 years to help make a difference in the lives of local youth.
Guests hit the green for nine holes before gathering for refreshments and dinner, creating an opportunity to connect, celebrate and support a cause focused on Ottawa’s young people.
The event combined a relaxed summer golf atmosphere with a strong sense of community, as golfers and supporters marked another year of fundraising and celebrated those at the heart of Youth Ottawa’s work. All photos L-R.
