Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Culinary Arts Institute

Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa is pleased to announce their recent win as North America’s Best Culinary Training Institution by the The World Culinary Awards for 2022. The award serves to celebrate and reward excellence in the culinary industry.

Ottawa’s Executive Chef Yannick Anton sees the institute as “the guardians of French culinary techniques, preserving centuries-old practices.” To him, this recognition proves that “excellence endures the ages.”

“Our students talk about the family-like learning environment and the benefits of studying with classmates from around the world,” says Head Pastry Instructor Chef Yann Le Coz. Le Cordon Bleu’s reputation, coupled with Canada’s quality of life, has helped the Ottawa campus attract top talent and instructors from across the globe.
