The number of resold homes decreased by 3.4 per cent year-over-year in June, according to numbers from the Ottawa Real Estate Board.
Members of the board sold 1,660 residential properties last month (365 of which were condominiums), compared to 1,719 a year earlier.
The average sales price across all residential properties was $352,800, a decrease of 0.1 per cent from last June. Condominium prices increased by 0.8 per cent to an average of $278,447.
