Oakview Capital Inc. is the solid option for your real estate investment portfolio
You know a real estate investment is sound when your advisors put their own money behind it.
The Luxembourg-based company opened its first local business centre at the Fairmont Chateau Laurier a little over two years ago.
The company, which rents workspace in over 100 countries, markets itself to small- and medium-sized businesses that are likely to see rapid growth
It rents fully-equipped offices on a shorter-term basis than most commercial leases. It also offers meeting-room rentals and membership plans that allow customers to access workspace at any Regus location.
The company also offers what it calls a “virtual office.” That allows companies to receive mail at a more “prestigious” address than they would otherwise be able to afford.
