The federal government is set to spend at least $1 million on renovations at two Tunney’s Pasture office buildings and is looking for a contractor to do it.
The contract, currently open for bids, would see three floors in the R.H. Coats Building and one floor in the Jean Talon Building renovated to bring them to the government’s “Workplace 2.0” fit-up standards.
Those standards call for “open, flexible and dynamic workspaces, which allow for innovative designs and better use of space.”
