Ottawa may soon be getting another commercial condo development.
Nepean-based developer Springcress Properties’ plans to build two commercial condo buildings on Prince of Wales Drive, south of Hunt Club Road, are currently working their way through the city’s planning process.
Both buildings in the development, being marketed as “The Chambers of Prince of Wales,” would be two storeys. Together they would have a total floor area of a little over 26,000 square feet.
