The Foundation’s goal is to provide support to children, youth and families to increase their chances for the best possible outcome. The Children’s Aid Foundation of Ottawa supports children and families through a variety of programs and funding models:

Volunteer

Volunteers at The Children’s Aid Society of Ottawa play an important role in the care and development of our communities most vulnerable. Individuals over the age of 18 can contribute to a wide range of services:

Assist at Foundation Fundraising events
Tutor or mentor for children and youth in care
Child and youth counsellors assistance during family visits
Preschool staff assistant with children in the Headstart Program
Drivers ensure children arrive safely and on time for appointments
Clerical and administrative help

May 2018, a wine-paired gourmet dinner at Algonquin College’s Restaurant International. Space available for 100 attendees.

CAFO Chairty Golf Tournament

September 2018, Canadian Golf and Country Club. Space available for 144 golfers.

World Trivia Night
