Developer Mastercraft Starwood is asking the city for a zoning change to allow the construction of two 27-storey residential buildings in Centretown, according to a community heads-up sent out on Tuesday.
The buildings, at 267 O’Connor St., would also have retail space on the ground floor.
The site is currently home to a six-storey office and retail building, along with a surface parking lot.
