A Campaign To Enhance Lives and Transform Care at Bruyère

The Life Changing campaign for Bruyère is a transformative, $30-million fundraising campaign by Bruyère Foundation to re-imagine and reinvent how and where health care is delivered across our community and our country.

Life  Changing is the largest fundraising campaign in Bruyère’s long history of caring. Its goal is ambitious: to enhance hundreds of thousands of lives by transforming care for a rapidly aging population as well as people of all ages with complex medical conditions.

Your support will improve how we care for our patients through investments in highly focused research, innovative technology and the ability to attract the best and brightest minds in health care to Ottawa. Your generosity will address some of the most urgent needs in our health care system and you will be making a life-changing difference today and for years to come.

The Life Changing Campaign will support our efforts in these three pillars:

Brain Health & Memory:

By investing $10-million in research, innovation and patient care, Bruyère will reduce the incidence of dementia by 50 per cent within the next 20 years.

Care of the Elderly:

Bruyère will redefine the experience of aging through a $10-million-dollar investment that will improve quality of life and allow seniors to stay independent and in their homes as long as possible.

An investment of $10-million in research, technology and expanded patient care programs will help even more people who require stroke and geriatric rehabilitation.
