Ottawa-based Intouch buys RetailTrack

Intouch Insight  (CVE:INX), which provides mobile-based market research and analytics for enterprise clients, says it’s has acquired another Ottawa firm.

RetailTrack is the customer experience measurement division of the The Belding Group of Cos., Intouch said in a statement this week.

“In addition to the existing revenue, we expect the acquisition of RetailTrack to bring significant synergies and sales opportunities,” stated Intouch president and CEO Cameron Watt.

The acquisition comes a week after Intouch reported growth in its third-quarter revenues.
