Knowmadics says its purchase Wednesday of Ottawa’s Guardian Mobility will allow it to offer a comprehensive aviation solution to its customers.
The U.S. company, which is based in the Washington D.C. area, says it can now provide a solution that includes satellite-based tracking devices enabling anything from flight-following to flight data monitoring solutions.
Knowmadics, a tracking solution and crowd-sourced applications provider, said it predicts increased sales and margins for 2014 in the wake of the deal.
