CEO Cameron Watt says the company expects revenues from the product to grow substantially as Intouch orients its strategies around a new offering.
“We are now fully entrenched in the sales and marketing of LiaCX and continue to execute on our go-to-market plan,” he said in a statement.
Intouch Insight reported a net loss of $590,000 for the quarter compared with net income of $33,000 a year ago. The firm attributed the swing to sales efforts surrounding the new product.
