More than 550 guests gathered at the Brookstreet Hotel for the second annual Lumière Gala, an evening of glamour, philanthropy and community celebration in support of the Queensway Carleton Hospital Foundation.
Presented by RBC in partnership with the Wesley Clover Foundation, the golden-themed event invited guests to embrace glamorous cocktail attire while raising funds for local health care.
The evening featured a VIP reception with Terry Matthews, followed by dinner, conversation and entertainment. Guests dressed in shimmering gold and elegant evening wear, creating a vibrant atmosphere.
The gala also highlighted Queensway Carleton Hospital’s 50th anniversary and the growing demand for health care in west Ottawa. The hospital, which opened in 1976 to serve a population of about 100,000, now provides care to more than 500,000 residents.
