With its official brewers and bats already in place, Ottawa’s newest professional baseball team announced multi-year deals on Monday for its concessions and its pizza.
The Ottawa Champions are turning to Montreal-based Sportscene Group, who will invest $100,000 to renovate and run four concession booths and the Fan Club restaurant, while Ottawa’s Gabriel Pizza is on board with the pie.
Owner and Can-Am League commissioner Miles Wolff said the team is excited to have the two new partners on board.
