According to federal records, the opportunity at 167 Codd’s Rd. (off of Montreal Road) is worth between $250,001 and $500,000.
The project must include “environmentally responsible demolition of the building and perimeter fence, and the reinstatement of the ground,” according to a notice posted on procurement site Merx.
