The City of Ottawa is in the planning stages for a project that will see nearly $10 million spent constructing a four-storey parking garage in the Glebe.
The city’s planning committee is set to consider next week an application to change the zoning at the site, located just to the west of Bank Street between Second and Third avenues, to make way for the structure.
The plan is to build a parking garage that will have 149 short-term vehicle parking spaces and 35 bicycle parking spaces, according to a staff report to councillors on the matter.
