Local property developer Caylbrooke Corp. Ltd. is planning three three-storey mixed buildings in Barrhaven, according to a planning rationale filed to the city.
The location will be in a largely residential area at 200 Kennevale Dr. and 150 Prem Cir., south of the larger intersection of Strandherd Drive and Fallowfield Road.

Caylbrooke further proposes 97 surface and underground parking spaces in association with the development.
The developer is requesting a change to the city’s official plan to allow a “full range of retail services” on the site, and an amendment to the zoning to change the area to general mixed-use from residential density.
