While the firm may have its origins in Hamburg, longtime Ottawa realtor John King will be the owner and broker of record of the Ottawa shop, heading a team of six out of offices in Wellington Village.
“Ottawa is increasingly attracting international buyers and sellers,” Mr. King said in a statement. “As Engel & Völkers Ottawa Central, our local expertise and reputation will be enhanced with unmatched international reach.”
