Public Works is on the hunt for a leaseable warehouse space on the east side of Ottawa, available for the next five years.
The government department is searching on the east side of Ottawa, with the boundaries including Wellington Street/Sussex Drive/Rockcliffe Parkway (at the north), Hunt Club Road (south), Bank Street (west) and Rockcliffe Parkway/Highway 174/Highway 417 (east).
The lease must be available starting Dec. 1 and include options for three additional one-year extensions. Public Works is seeking access to the space eight weeks before the lease starts to perform fit-ups.
