An Ottawa-based medical equipment supplier with outlets across Canada has been sold to a U.S. company.
Canada Care Medical Group, which has 10 locations in Eastern Canada, was acquired by National Seating & Mobility, the Nashville-based firm announced this week. Terms were not disclosed.
Operating under the banners Canada Care in Ontario, Les Entreprises Médicales de l’Outaouais in Quebec and Embracor in the Maritimes, family-owned Canada Care Medical Group was founded in Ottawa in 1969.
