Calian Group (TSX:CGY) has locked in another contract to continue providing e-learning services to the Department of National Defence.
The renewed deal, worth $17 million, will see the Ottawa-based company develop and support courseware projects for the Army Learning Support Centre in New Brunswick for the next three years. Calian has worked with the ALSC on e-learning programs to get students mission-ready since 2007.
The firm also works with the Canadian army on simulation training, having also renewed a nine-year, $170-million deal with DND this past year. The Department of National Defence represents Calian’s largest customer.
