Ottawa-based Klipfolio will turn the books over to local tech veteran Gord Wyse, the firm’s second chief financial officer in as many years.
A native of the National Capital Region, Wyse earned his bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Ottawa. Wyse brings more than three decades of financial experience – most of it spent in Ottawa’s own tech sector – to the local dashboard developer.
His resume includes previous CFO roles at Ottawa’s Chipworks, Overlay TV and Tropic Networks. He’s also no stranger to the business intelligence space, having spent 12 years in finance at Cognos.

Wyse departs the CFO role at Corsa Technology to join Klipfolio.
In a statement, Klipfolio CEO Allan Wille lauded Wyse’s previous CFO tenures and highlighted that he’d led his former employers through growth and exits.
Wyse will replace outgoing CFO Kenneth MacAskill, who left Klipfolio in February about a year after joining the team. He’s now serving as CFO at Veeam Software in Switzerland.
