Mitel Networks (TSX:MNW) announced Monday that it expects its merger with Aastra Technologies (TSX:AAH) to be completed around the end of the month.
The $392-million agreement, which the two companies announced in November, was designed to give the new firm a greater presence in markets around the world.
The companies said they expect the deal to close “on or about” Jan. 31.
