District Realty is pleased to announce that Michael Morin has accepted the position of director of commercial properties.

With 19 years of experience in real estate management and the leasing of commercial and residential properties – having joined the District Realty team in 2007 – Morin brings many years of cultivated industry knowledge to his new role, which he will utilize to oversee all aspects of the commercial department at District Realty.

Morin continues to manage and oversee large capital replacement projects, all commercial tenant fit-up move-in requirements, vendors, contract management, preventative maintenance, and budget management. He looks forward to continuing to build upon the natural growth of the commercial department including focusing on the retention of existing, loyal tenants, as well as creating lasting, positive relationships with new tenants.
