Toronto-based developer Mizrahi Developments is asking the city for permission to build a 12-storey mixed-use tower on Wellington Street West.
The proposed building, located at 1445 Wellington St. W between Island Park Drive and Carleton Avenue, would have commercial space on the ground floor, with 114 high-end condo units on the higher levels.
The plan also calls for 495 square metres of parking for customers of the commercial tenants, along with three and a half levels of underground parking that would have enough room for 147 vehicles.
