A developer is proposing to build a 40-unit apartment complex a few hundred metres south of the Bayview LRT station.
In a development application recently filed with the city, Centennial Developments Corp. says the six-storey project at 54, 56 and 60 Bayswater Ave., near the intersection of Somerset Street West, would include 11 underground parking spaces and seven covered spots at ground level.
“The proposed development is in close proximity to a mix of uses and high-quality transit services, resulting in a more sustainable, liveable and resilient community,” planning documents prepared by Novatech Group say.
