A prominent Kingston-based condo management company has boosted its portfolio after briginging a pair of competing firms under its umbrella.
Alwington Communities said this week it has acquired J. Shaver and Associates as well as Limestone Property Management’s condominium management division. Financial terms of the transactions, which both closed on Jan. 15, were not disclosed.
The deals add about 1,500 units to Alwington’s portfolio, which now numbers nearly 3,000. The firm oversees 32 condo corporations.
