Biggest influences: There have been two main ones. First, my family has always encouraged me to follow my intuition and has pushed me to achieve greatness in my professional life. Second, my CEO at OPIN, Chris Smith. He continues to challenge me in my role, while at the same time allowing me to learn and mature.
Most important lesson I’ve learned in business: The importance of learning from everyone around me, from interns to CEOs. Everyone in an organization has something different to offer and, in most cases, has a different perspective on any given topic.
First job: Gymnastics and trampoline coach
