Biggest business achievement: Developing a new division within an already existing organization.
Biggest obstacle overcome: Developing a new financial services division while helping design and build our home and caring for an incredible five-year-old daughter has been an adventure. Finding a work-life balance that works for me and my family has been incredibly important both professionally and personally.
Biggest influences: My parents. They left their businesses in Poland and moved to Canada with two young kids, barely speaking the language, so that we could have a better life.

First job: Server at Tim Hortons
Advice I’d give the younger me: Don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and enjoy every moment.
Favourite pastime: Playing ultimate frisbee.
