The federal government announced Tuesday it’s loaning out $1 million to support a CRM software developer with operations in the National Capital Region.
VanillaSoft, which develops software to help sales teams organize sales activity, will receive the new funding from Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions.
A release states VanillaSoft will use the federal money to create up to 30 new jobs in the region and add artificial intelligence capabilities to its platform, which integrates customers’ communications streams and sales leads. The cash will also go towards an international marketing campaign to expand the VanillaSoft solution to markets in Europe and Australia.
