An Ottawa developer wants to build a nine-storey apartment building in Sandy Hill that would house 191 residential rental units, according to a site plan recently filed with the city.
The proposed development is located at 36 Robinson Ave., between the Rideau River and Lees Avenue. Three low-rise commercial buildings and a two-storey house currently occupy the property.
The builder, TC United Group, says the project will include nearly 23,000 square feet of amenities space such as a gym, lounges, co-working space and a rooftop terrace.
