An airline serving Canada’s north, the developer behind Amazon’s massive east-end warehouse and a crop of the capital’s fastest-growing tech firms are among this year’s recipients of the region’s highest business honours, the Best Ottawa Business Awards.
The BOBs, put on each year by the Ottawa Business Journal and the Ottawa Board of Trade, recognize the top local companies, entrepreneurs and business leaders for their accomplishments in the past year.
Nearly two dozen companies that call Ottawa home will be honoured at the annual gala, which will be held this year at the Westin Ottawa on Nov. 16.
