A local software developer and consulting firm has been acquired by one of its U.S. customers.
Northforge Innovations, which specializes in network infrastructure and security, will become a subsidiary of California-based IP Infusion.
Together, the two firms see opportunities in the coming wave of upgrades in data centres and other networks to 5G services. This involves substantial capital investments, and IP Infusion says it can help service providers reduce costs while implementing new features.
