Biggest influence: My friend and business partner Kyle Braatz has transformed me from being absolutely risk-averse to having an entrepreneurial mindset. This has elevated me from having a good accountant mindset to a strong business mindset.
Biggest lesson learned: Knowing the solution is only a small part to process. It’s more about having the confidence and experience to know how to present your ideas. After hiring a new CFO at my own request, this is the lesson I’ve learned more than any from shadowing someone with success in this role.
