This weekend will be a wonderful way to reconnect with yourself, your community, and nature!
Located at the scenic Y Outdoor Centre along the Ottawa River, the Women’s Retreat is for folks who want to explore and disconnect from their everyday life.
Throughout the weekend, you will have the opportunity to enjoy activities such as, guided forest walks, kayaking, yoga, floral arrangement workshops, campfires, and more!
