Big data will be in the spotlight at this year’s IFIP/IEEE International Symposium on Integrated Network Management at the Shaw Centre in Ottawa, running from May 11-15.

The conference will approach big data from all angles: the management challenges and opportunities it creates for network, service, and business management, as well as the various methodologies and approaches one can take in tackling complex data.

Research presentations and workshops will encourage discussion and debate on the latest breakthroughs in ICT. Keynote presentations, beginning on Tuesday, will feature Telus CTO Dr. Ibrahim Gedeon, Hewlett-Packard’s Dr. Richard J. Friedrich, as well as various data experts.
