The exponential growth of two Ottawa firms ranks among the top in the country according to professional services firm Deloitte.
You.i TV and ProntoForms landed spots on the Deloitte Technology Fast 50, an annual report ranking Canada’s fastest-growing firms.
Designer of television user-interfaces across multiple platforms, You.i TV ranks 16th on the list after showing 815.4 per cent revenue growth from 2012-2015. ProntoForms (CVE:PFM), a provider of a mobile data analysis platform, took the 47th spot with 269.5 per cent growth over the same period.

Unsurprisingly, both You.i TV and ProntoForms made the OBJ’s own rankings of fastest growing companies in 2016.
Ottawa-based Nuvyyo had reason to celebrate as well: It was named one of 11 companies-to-watch by Deloitte in the same report. The firm develops an over-the-air DVR called the Tablo.
Among the 2016 class of Fast 50 winners, the average revenue growth rate from 2012-2015 was 2,652 per cent, more than double the previous year. The top performer in this year’s rankings was Vancouver-based UrtheCast with a whopping 72,938 per cent revenue growth over the past three years. The company develops earth-imaging and data collection tools for geospatial analysis and apparently does it very, very well.
