A Gatineau-based homebuilder is preparing to present updated plans to nearby residents for a 12-storey apartment building on St. Laurent Boulevard, according to the city’s website.
A planning rationale prepared for Brigil Homes proposes a 116,249 square-foot structure at 460 St. Laurent Blvd., just north of Montreal Road.
The first floor would be reserved for commercial uses, with 120 residential units located between floors two and 12. A thirteenth floor penthouse would have an “outdoor amenity” area for residents.
