Osgoode Properties is asking for the city’s permission to build three new towers at 27 Selkirk St. in Vanier.

An application filed with the city calls for two residential towers of between 24 and 27 storeys along with another 11-storey building.

The site is currently home to the Eastview Plaza strip mall.

The 11-storey building would be for commercial or residual use, or a mix of the two.

The 92,000 square metre development would include 600 condos and 9,300 square metres of retail space on ground-level. Another 10,200 square metres would be either used for commercial office space or more condos.
