Toronto’s Lamb Development Corp. is asking the city for permission to build a 19-storey mixed-use tower for Bronson Avenue.
The building, proposed for 192 Bronson Ave. just south of Laurier Avenue, would include 209 condo units.
The proposal includes two options for the ground floor: either a 9,457 square foot retail space with access from Bronson Avenue and Cambridge Street N, or seven two-storey townhouse units.

According to a planning rationale submitted to the city, the owner of the site is a company called Bronson Ltd. Toronto-based Lamb Development Corp. is identified as the company that commissioned the rationale.
The developer is asking for a zoning change, to traditional mainstreet, and several zoning by-law amendments.
There is currently a two-and-a-half storey office building on the site.
